How to Apply
- Knowledge Q&A
In the Knowledge Q&A scenario, you can talk to the smart voice assistant directly and describe the question you want to ask. The smart voice assistant will rapidly search and summarize the answer for you based on the knowledge base and FAQ collection. The answer will be shown to you as a link, and you can click on the link to view the details. This makes it easier and faster for you to get the information you need.

Instruction Setting

You can send specific instructions to the smart voice assistant to help you configure the parameters of specific function modules.

On the Mode screen, tap Ask Smart Assistant to enable the smart voice assistant to interact with you. The smart voice assistant will guide you through some preset questions to collect information about your home's electricity needs. Once this information is obtained, the smart voice assistant will recommend a suitable operating mode for your home. Ultimately, the selected operating mode will only take effect after your confirmation.

- Intelligent Navigation
The smart voice assistant can directly take you to the target screen based on the jump instruction you send, without the need to navigate through the app step by step. This is particularly helpful for deep-level screens, saving you time.
- Energy Management
You can ask your smart voice assistant for details on your home's energy usage, including real-time consumption and historical trends, to easily understand and manage your energy use more effectively.
How to Work It
The smart voice assistant supports both voice and text input. You can tap the Voice Interaction button to ask a question via voice, the app will automatically convert the voice to text and get the answer. Answers can be played back via voice. Also, you can tap the Text Input button to type and submit your question, which is more accurate. After each answer, there are Satisfied or Unsatisfied buttons. If you are unsatisfied with the answer, you can also describe the reason in detail.
Note: Please wait a few seconds after asking each question. The response time will vary depending on the type of question. For instructions involving settings, processing may take longer. We are continuously optimizing response speed and look forward to your feedback.
How to Use It
Method 1:

On your energy home screen, tap Smart Assistant icon.

Or on your energy home screen, tap More > Assistant.

On the Assistant page, you’ll find preset questions organized by scenario to help you ask questions more easily.

Tap Exchange to switch to another set of preset questions.

Tap Learn to interact directly with the assistant using these preset questions. While interacting with the assistant, you'll get answers to your questions quickly.
Method 2:

On your energy home screen, tap Settings > Mode.

Tap Ask Smart Assistant to evoke the voice assistant, and then you can configure the settings without manually interacting by simulating the intelligent voice dialog.

Tap Exchange to switch to another set of preset questions.

Tap Learn to interact directly with the assistant using these preset questions. While interacting with the assistant, it will recommend an operating mode suitable for your home based on your electricity usage habits and backup power needs.
