Position Summary The Channel Marketing Manager leads the marketing team's relationships with distribution partners, installation partners, and industry organizations across the United States. This role supports local and regional marketing initiatives by organizing and partnering with cross-departmental internal teams while closely collaborating with other members of the marketing team. The position manages marketing initiatives on local, regional, and national levels throughout the territory and partners closely with various partners and organizations to create opportunities for FranklinWH to reach its target audiences. Operating from a mindset of organized reliability, collaboration, and creativity are crucial for success in this role. Assertive and confident relationship building, sales, marketing, and negotiation techniques are a must. The Channel Marketing Manager is part of the brand marketing team, reports to the Director of Marketing, and works closely with sales, product management team, and other cross-departmental contributors.

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused candidates to join our team as Inside Sales Representatives. This role is responsible for supporting sales growth by managing inbound and outbound sales activities, assisting customers and installers, and helping drive adoption of FranklinWH products. The Inside Sales Representative will work closely with the Inside Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, support product inquiries, and deliver best-in-class customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced renewable energy environment. This role is an onsite position based at our San Jose Headquarters.
