Position Summary: The Pre-sale Product Manager / Application Engineer is at the core of the product management team’s work in presenting and promoting the company’s products and solution, comparing competitors’ products and solutions, communicating with customers to build their confidence with products and solutions, compiling customer and market feedback for product improvement and road map. The position works with product managers, sales, and service engineers as a team. The role employs highly effective communication and organizational skills to thrive in a high flow environment. The ideal candidate has natural talent explaining engineering topics to normal people. This role involves traveling to meet with distributors and installers to present and demonstrate our company’s products and solutions. The primary purpose of these visits is to enhance product understanding and support our partners in effectively marketing, selling and installing our offerings. This role requires strong communication skills, a good understanding of our product portfolio, and the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
