About the Global Solutions Department The Global Solutions organization is a newly established team responsible for delivering comprehensive, end-to-end solutions on a global scale. As FranklinWH continues to expand internationally, it is critical to have a dedicated organization that can translate our innovations into winning, customer-ready solutions across diverse regions and markets. The Global Solutions team directly reports to the Global CEO. Role Summary The VP of Global Solutions will lead and scale the Global Solutions department, serving as the strategic bridge between R&D, frontline teams, and customers worldwide. This executive will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing global team that delivers integrated, comprehensive solutions — spanning system design, integration, commissioning, certification, and ongoing support — while driving Go-To-Market initiatives and ensuring FranklinWH's solutions meet the evolving needs of customers across all regions.
