Channel Marketing Manager

Position Summary The Channel Marketing Manager leads the marketing team's relationships with distribution partners, installation partners, and industry organizations across the United States. This role supports local and regional marketing initiatives by organizing and partnering with cross-departmental internal teams while closely collaborating with other members of the marketing team. The position manages marketing initiatives on local, regional, and national levels throughout the territory and partners closely with various partners and organizations to create opportunities for FranklinWH to reach its target audiences. Operating from a mindset of organized reliability, collaboration, and creativity are crucial for success in this role. Assertive and confident relationship building, sales, marketing, and negotiation techniques are a must. The Channel Marketing Manager is part of the brand marketing team, reports to the Director of Marketing, and works closely with sales, product management team, and other cross-departmental contributors.
