Why does my system behave differently after a power outage?

After grid power is restored following an outage, your FranklinWH system will reset and reinitialize its operating logic, which may cause temporary changes in behavior.
The system will recalibrate battery status, solar production, and load usage, and resume normal on‑grid operation gradually. It may also prioritize recharging the battery back to its reserved level first before resuming regular self-consumption or grid export.
Additionally, active modes such as Storm Hedge, VPP events, utility battery programs, or Time‑of‑Use schedules may automatically engage after an outage, changing how the system charges, discharges, or exports power.
