You can check if your FranklinWH system is running properly with these simple signs and checks: 

Arrows between solar, battery, home and grid should move normally to show energy is generating, charging, or powering your home. Numbers for solar production, home usage, battery level and grid power should update in real time.

The battery should charge from solar during the day and discharge to power your home in the evening or peak rate hours. It should hold a steady charge level without dropping suddenly for no reason.

When the grid has a short blip or test outage, the system should smoothly switch to battery backup mode, and your essential lights and appliances stay on without long interruptions.

If the system is working properly, there will be no fault codes, error messages, or warning notifications in the FranklinWH App.

With correct ToU and self-consumption settings, you should see gradual savings accumulate in the app and lower monthly utility bills over time.

No frequently tripped circuit breaker,no strange noises, and no unexpected shutdowns of your smart backup circuits.

If you see frozen data, constant error alerts, abnormal battery drain, or frequent mode switching, contact your installer or FranklinWH Support for a system inspection.
