Why did my system stop exporting energy to the grid?

- Grid export is disabled or limited in settings
The Energy Export feature may be turned off, or a zero-export/export limit is set in the FranklinWH App to comply with utility rules or local grid requirements.
- Utility restrictions or grid issues
Your utility may ban or limit exports; grid voltage/frequency fluctuations or outages can also trigger anti-islanding protection and halt export.
- Active operating modes or events
Storm Hedge, Emergency Backup Mode, ToU schedules, or VPP/utility dispatch events can temporarily disable export to reserve power or meet program requirements.
- Meter/CT or communication faults
Incorrect CT wiring, loose connections, or meter communication errors can cause the system to misread export and stop it for safety.
- Inverter or system faults
An inverter error, tripped breaker, or faulty wiring can block export. Check for red lights or error codes in the app.
