Installation Day

You should remain at home during the installation. If you have pets, please secure them before the installer arrives. The installation team, usually consisting of two to three installers, will typically arrive in the morning, and the time needed to complete the installation will depend on the size of the system and the complexity of the required electrical work. A typical installation takes a full day. Plan for the power to be out for approximately 4-6 hours. If the system is large and electrically complex, it may take more than one day to install, and the outage may last 8 hours or longer. During an outage, refrigerators, heating and cooling systems, servers, and your home internet connection may be affected. If ongoing power outages are going to be an issue, please discuss this in advance with your installation team.
