Job Duties: In this role, you'll spearhead strategic and technological initiatives, guiding FranklinWH towards pioneering home energy management solutions that emphasize safety, reliability, and integration of renewable sources. You'll architect and refine system designs in collaboration with R&D to set industry benchmarks, while cultivating a skilled engineering team dedicated to innovation and excellence.

Project management will be key, focusing on advancing FranklinWH's product lineup and ensuring seamless operation and swift troubleshooting of energy systems. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement and maintain FranklinWH’s standing as a leader in intuitive and sustainable home energy solutions.

Reqs bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Computer Engineering, 72 months experience in renewable energy systems and power electronics design
