BackProduct Manager
Position Summary
FranklinWH Energy Storage Inc. is seeking a Product Manager with Electrical Engineering background, for our home energy management and storage systems. You will work with other team members to define the next generation of products and to explain the current offerings to our field team, partners, and the market.
Responsibilities
●Supports sales and channel partners, with training, documentation, and prospect visits, to help achieve corporate sales goals.
●Working with field sales, channel partners and customers to obtain feedback for development as to needed features and functionality.
●Perform analysis of industry trends and similar products to document industry trends and provide competitive analysis.
●Work closely with the technical writing team to create, update and maintain product documents.
●Coordinate with the international team for timely project execution. Promote the products and solutions at industry shows and events.
●Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications And Experience
●BS/MS Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 5 years’ experience.
●PV or power electronic product experience is preferred.
●PV or energy storage inverter and battery knowledge.
●Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
●Excellent documentation skills.
●Being self-driven, highly motivated & able to work with minimal supervision.
●Ability to travel up to 50%, occasionally on weekends.
●Mandarin and/or Spanish language skills nice to have, but not required.
●Location can be hybrid-on-site in the US.
