In some homes, there are pre-existing setups where sub-panels or PV systems have already been configured in a way that prevents the aGate from directly tracking their power flow. To measure those, split current transformers (CT) are used to input data to the aGate.

The FranklinWH Split CT Kit is designed to accurately measure the power flow from these sub-panels or PV systems, integrating the data with the Gate's built-in metering, achieving whole-home energy management to address complex wiring configurations in your home.

Installation Flexibility

Allowing up to 50 feet of cabling from the aGate to the Split CT offers flexibility in installations while maintaining exceptional metering accuracy.
