By 2025, the facility has reached an annual delivery capacity of several thousand units. Expansion plans for 2026 aim to quadruple that output. Through localized manufacturing, FranklinWH is driving long-term stability, reliability, and sustainable growth.

Since early 2025, FranklinWH has transitioned from pilot runs to scaled production of its aPower 2 and aPower S batteries at its U.S. manufacturing facility. This milestone demonstrates FranklinWH’s ability to deliver at volume with domestic content, reinforcing our dedication to U.S. manufacturing and customers.
Rigorous Quality Control
FranklinWH keeps tight quality control throughout production. Every unit undergoes Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) checks, with an overall 99% pass rate, and is put through a burn-in process with an overall flawless 100% success rate. The strong track record ensures a reliable energy storage solution for U.S. households.
