Get Rewarded!

What is
the National Grid ConnectedSolutions
program?
ConnectedSolutions is a grid services program in New York that rewards homeowners for sharing their FranklinWH aPower battery capacity to help build a more resilient community.
If you’re a National Grid customer, you can earn incentives by allowing your battery to discharge during periods of high electricity demand. During the program season (May 1 –September 30), FranklinWH customers can earn $50 per kW, based on the average kW reduction delivered by a battery system across all hours and events over the program season in addition to the NYSERDA Residential Energy Storage Incentive .
How Do Incentives Work?
Homeowners in National Grid territories are eligible for the NYSERDA Residential Energy Storage Incentive, which offers up to $200 per kWh installed.
For a FranklinWH System with a single aPower 2, this could amount to an approximately $3,000 upfront incentive. Additionally, during the program season (May 1 – September 30), enrolled customers will earn $50 per kW based on the average kW reduction delivered by the system across all hours and events during the program season.
Incentive amounts vary depending on the power capacity of the system and the average performance throughout the season. For more information, please contact National Grid.
