This is a remote position based within the Western region of the United States. Travel required.

Responsibilities

• Execute channel sales strategies, goals and objectives to work to target and penetrate key distributors.

• Identify, build, and leverage successful relationships with storage reseller partners.

• Leverages sales skills to co-sell and support distributor sales activities.

• Manages existing partners and partner programs, including actively engaging and implementing co-marketing activities.

• Develop and execute on market entry strategies through market research, networking, internal referrals, establishing relationships with channel partners and advisors, and tracking industry trends.

• Collaborate with Marketing to lead the design and creation of sales and promotional material packages for presentation to potential clients/projects. Coordinate and conduct meetings/webinars/sales trainings for distribution prospects.

• Responsible for meeting/exceeding sales goals and all other established KPIs

• Develop a targeted sales plan focused on achieving sustainable sales growth.

• Maintain and update contacts within the CRM system.

• Travel regularly and source meetings to expand the opportunity set (Travel 50%)

Qualifications And Experience

• 3-5 years’ experience B2B sales

• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Solar or Battery Storage Industry experience required.

• Proficiency in databases & analytical tools like SAP, Salesforce, and expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Excel, Word and Outlook).

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly, concisely, and professionally.
