Deleting your FranklinWH App account

Important notes

• Deleting your account deactivates the account and removes certain personal information associated with your account.
• Deleting your account does not remove data related to the FranklinWH system. FranklinWH retains some information related to your deactivated account to ensure support and warranty assistance.
• If you wish to return to the FranklinWH App, you can reset your password and reactivate your FranklinWH account.
• This process may take up to 30 days. During this period, you will not be able to log in or create a new account using the same email address.

How to delete your account
