Who Can Apply?

This promotion is available to FranklinWH Certified Installers.
Eligible Regions:
- Regions of product commissioned sites exclude: Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide.
- The recognition of the excluded cities specified by FranklinWH are based on the AusPost Capital City postcode database. The list of excluded cities details shall refer to the appendix .

How to Apply?

Become FranklinWH Certified Installers

For new installers, please register at FranklinWH.com/au/apply to have your team become FranklinWH Certified Installers by completing online training. Certification is required to commission aPowers.

Purchase and Commission

Purchase Franklin Home Power systems between October 1, 2024, and March 31, 2025, from a FranklinWH authorized distributor.

Installed and commissioned aPowers within the promotion period. Systems commissioned beyond the promotion period will be considered invalid.

Apply for the rebate before March 31, 2025.

Apply for $500 Rebate

The name of the installer applying for the $500 rebate must be the same as the one that registered in the FranklinWH FleetView portal.

Fill out and submit the ‘ $500 Rebate Claim Form ’ to apply for the rebate.

Verification

The FranklinWH team will verify the purchase invoice, the serial numbers of the commissioned products and commission site that installers provided. FranklinWH will also verify POS data provided by the involved distributors.
After FranklinWH verifies that the installer is eligible for the promotion, FranklinWH will issue a credit memo to the FranklinWH authorized distributor from whom the installer purchased the commissioned system.
The rebate amount per commissioned aPower is only applicable to the installation and commission occurred in the eligible regions specified by FranklinWH.
The distributor processes the credit to the eligible installer. The credit is only available to FranklinWH products.

The promotion is valid for a limited time and while supplies last, and only for purchases made from authorized FranklinWH dealers and distributors.

Tax Responsibility: By accepting the $500 rebate in our 'Regional Sales Promotion’, you, the recipient, agree to pay any applicable taxes directly to your tax authority, such as sales tax or use tax, as required by your local, state, or federal laws. FranklinWH, as the giver of the free item, is not responsible for collecting or remitting such tax on your behalf. Shipping costs and distributor fees and or taxes may apply.

This promotion cannot combine with any other rebates, offers or promotions except the Bundle Deal.

By participating in the promotion, the percipients agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and to the extent permitted by law, hold harmless FranklinWH and its affiliates from any liability, claims, actions, damages, costs, and expenses arising from promotion requests, whether caused by FranklinWH's negligence or otherwise.
